Applicants have two options: investing a minimum of $200,000 (resalable after 7 years) or $400,000 (resalable after 5 years). Many of these options offer a return on investment, and after a mandatory holding period, the real estate can be sold, allowing applicants to retrieve their capital without affecting their citizenship status.

Application Process:

Obtaining a Grenada investment visa requires approximately 3 months to be completed. A citizenship certificate will be issued after completing your investment, and your passport application will be submitted. Visiting Grenada is not required at this stage, and the passport will be delivered to the applicant’s preferred address.
