What are the Australia Business Visa Categories?

1. Australia 132B Business Talent visa (Permanent)

2. Subclass 188 Business Innovation and Investment Visa (Provisional)

This is the provisional visa for businessmen or entrepreneurs to own or manage existing business. It is valid for 4 years. It has a few requirements like nomination from an Australian State or Territory a government agency, an invitation to apply and selected skillset expression of interest (EOI) need to submit.

3. Significant Investor stream (Sub Class 188C)

This is similar to the subclass 188 visa program but, it requires an investment of AUD $5 million and you can also obtain a nomination from the AUS trade CEO.

4. Sub Class 888 Business Innovation & Investment Visa (Permanent)

Business Innovation Extension stream

This is a provisional visa for businessmen or entrepreneurs to own or manage existing business valid for 6 years initially and can have an extension of 2 years. The applicant must hold a subclass 188 visa and have a nomination from an Australian State or Territory government agency. Moreover, the Business Innovation Extension stream visa holder can bring eligible family members with you.

Significant Investor Extension stream

This is also a provisional visa for businessmen or entrepreneurs to own or manage existing business valid for 6 years initially and can have an extension of up to 4 years. The applicant must hold a subclass 188 visa in the Significant Investor and Significant Investor Extension stream and have a nomination from an Australian State or Territory government agency.

Premium Investor stream (Sub Class PIV)

The Premium Investor Visa (PIV) focuses on attracting a limited number of highly skilled and talented individuals to Australia who can add their skills and creativity in places that provide the nation with long-term economic benefits. Applicants must have the capacity to invest AUD $ 15 million in Australia and nomination from AUS trade. Valid for 4 years.

Entrepreneur stream (Sub Class 188e)

This temporary visa allows an Entrepreneur to do business in Australia. Valid for 4 years. Aspirants must have a funding agreement of at least AUD 200,000 to conduct business in Australia.
