Responsibilities
- File visa cases accurately and completely as per checklists and SOPs.
- Take regular follow-ups for pending documents and resolve client queries.
- Guide individuals who wish to relocate internationally on required documentation.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients through calls, meetings, and emails.
- Assist immigrants with filing paperwork required to obtain work authorization and visas.
- Prepare documentation for visa requirements for USA, Australia, Hong Kong, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Europe.
- Update clients on case status, timelines, and next steps on a regular basis.
- Help clients in filling forms and ensuring error-free submissions.
- Support overall immigration filings and process execution for the team.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Overseas Education, Immigration, Recruitment, HR, Sales, BPO, Insurance, or Counseling.
- Excellent communication skills and strong command of English.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Comfort using computers, email, and internet-based tools.
- Responsible, motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
- Team player with strong relationship-building skills and ability to accomplish results.
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to immigration or overseas education consulting.
- Experience with CRM or case management tools.
