- Manage and oversee branch personnel and day-to-day branch operations.
- Organize and execute training programs for branch staff.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Recognize employee achievements and encourage excellence in the work environment.
- Develop and implement branch sales plans and monitor performance to targets.
- Conduct regular sales and operations meetings to align the team.
- Brief employees on current sales goals, promotions, and key business updates.
- Organize local marketing activities and events to increase brand awareness.
- Interact with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and gain feedback.
- Resolve customer problems promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable industry laws and regulations.
- Assess local market conditions and identify business opportunities.
- Draft forecasts and business plans to support growth.
- Manage budgets, allocate branch funds, and define financial objectives.
- Coordinate with other branches to share knowledge and run joint initiatives.

Requirements
- Proven management experience in a sales or branch operations role.
- Ability to meet set revenue and performance goals.
- Track record of growing branch revenues and improving productivity.

- Knowledge of industry rules and regulations relevant to the branch location.
