Role summary
Own day-to-day digital campaigns, SEO, and performance reporting for XIPHIAS Immigration across channels.

Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing strategy of XIPHIAS Immigration.
- Manage all digital marketing channels including search, social, email, and display.
- Define and track ROIs and KPIs for digital campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget in line with business goals.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts with consistent, on-brand communication.
- Manage, improve, and optimize online content mapped to SEO and Google Analytics insights.
- Drive SEO rankings to improve web traffic and the quality of leads.
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improving our digital strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, design) to align campaigns with business priorities.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing professional.
- At least 2 years of experience developing and managing digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent knowledge of key digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, ASO, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
- Familiarity with web design concepts and content management systems.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
- Any Bachelor’s degree (a degree in Digital Marketing is preferred).
Nice to have
- Experience running campaigns for service or consulting businesses.
- Exposure to marketing for international audiences.
